Quick Key requires Windows XP/Vista and .Net framework 2.0 or above to run.
Quick Key software allows user to quickly access their applications, documents and web sites.
Quick key is a standalone software. It cannot run under multi users network system. Each PC must has its own copy of software.
Quick key can be set to auto run at windows start up. It will be minimized to system tray icon.
Common shortcut keys use in Windows applications

Important note: User should check the shortcut keys use in applications before creating new shortcut key in the Quick Key software. To avoid conflicts in shortcut keys.
We recommend user use the ctrl+shift , ctrl+alt and alt+shift keys sequence as shortcut keys.
To create a quick key record
Press the Add button.
Description: Enter a description to identify this shortcut.
Command: Enter the application file full path name. You can use the lookup button to find the file. Example: For MS Word, the file C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\WinWord.Exe.
For web site address, the command must starts with http.
Parameter: Enter the application parameter. Example, you want to open a word file call c:\mydocument\mywordfile.doc. Then enter the file full path name c:\mydocument\mywordfile.doc as parameter. Leave this field blank if you just run MS Word without opening any document.
Shortcut key: Enter the shortcut key by press the key sequence require. Example press ctrl+alt+A. To clear the shortcut field, press the backspace key
Press the Save button to save the quick key record.
To edit a quick key record
Press the Edit button. Make the necessary changes and press the Save button to save it
To remove a quick key record
Highlight a quick key record. Press the Remove button. Choose Yes to confirm to remove the record.
Valid keys sequence in Quick Key
- Ctrl+A to Ctrl+Z, Ctrl+0 to Ctrl+9, Ctrl+F1 to Ctrl+F12
- Shift+F1 to ShiftF12
- Alt+A to Alt+Z, Alt+0 to Alt+9, Alt+F1 to Alt+F12
- Ctrl+Alt+A to Ctrl+Alt+Z, Ctrl+Alt+0 to Ctrl+Alt+9, Ctrl+Alt+F1 to Ctrl+Alt+F12
- Shift+Alt+A to Shift+Alt+Z, Shift+Alt+0 to Shift+Alt+9, Shift+Alt+F1 to Shift+Alt+F12
